sand guzzler
Submersed in discharged mud. All material larger than 2" or 50mm is filtered. Run dry! Save time! First phase of the Mud Puppy drill mud recycling process.
Sand trap
Mud material is pumped into the sand-trap, displacing all sizeable debris foreign to the drilling mud. Mud is then pulled to a reservoir for the next phase.
desanding cones
From the reservoir the mud is pumped through the Desanding Cones. All excess mud is cycled repeatedly until passing to the next phase.
Screen & shake
From the Desanding Cones the mud is filtered through fine screens and a shaker. The recycled mud is clean and ready for drilling again as the mud reaches the tanks.
